Vibration drives

Vibration feeders are destined for the feeding and orientation of the parts to the uniform position before their further processing.

Linear - type D

Linear vibration feeders are destined especially for special purpose applications or used as drives for the storage bunkers. Owing to its design it is predestined for the bigger units or linear multi-track guidance. The drive is composed of the fixing side plates, the upper support plate, an electromagnetic  exciter, a system of rules, silentblocks and a balancing machine absorbing the vibration which results from the operation of the vibration equipment. The continuous controllers e.g. type DIGR are used to control the output of the linear vibration drives. The fixing of this drive is carried out using 4 silentblocks. The vibration drives can transmit slight vibes into the machine base.
