Vibration feeders are destined for the feeding and orientation of the parts to the uniform position before their further processing.
Circular - type C
Circular vibration feeders are destined for the feeding and orientation of the parts to the uniform position before their further processing. The circular vibration drive is composed of the base and support plate, a system of springs, an electromagnetic exciter and silentblocks. The hopper is fixed with a central screw, thus the displacement of the hopper at an angle of 360 degrees around the axle of the vibration unit is enabled. The continuous controllers e.g. type DIGR are used to control the output of the circular vibration drives. The vibration drives can transmit slight vibes into the machine base.
