Vibration drives

Vibration feeders are destined for the feeding and orientation of the parts to the uniform position before their further processing.

Linear - type B

Linear vibration feeders are destined for the feeding of the oriented parts in the uniform position from the circular feeder to the place of taking or assembly. The drive is composed of the fixing plate on which there is a vibration system fixed using the rubber silentblocks. The vibration system consists of the base and support plate, a system of rules, an electromagnetic  exciter, linear guide-rail and a balancing machine absorbing the vibration which results from the operation of the vibration equipment. The continuous controllers e.g. DIGR are used to control the output of the linear vibration drives. The fixing is carried out using two clamps through clamp joint, thus the precise axial adjustment towards the outlet from the circular feeder is enabled. The vibration drives can transmit slight vibes into the machine base.
