Vibration drives

Vibration feeders are destined for the feeding and orientation of the parts to the uniform position before their further processing.

Linear - type A

Linear vibration feeders are destined for the feeding of the oriented parts in the uniform position from the circular feeder to the place of taking or assembly. The drive is composed of the base and support plate, a system of rules, an electromagnetic exciter and the linear guide-rail. The continuous controllers e.g. type DIGR are used to control the output of the linear vibration drives. The fixing of these drives is carried out using two threads on the bottom base plate of the vibration drive. These drives transmit big vibes into the machine base. For this reason it is advisable to use them only in such arrangements where this does not affect the functionality of the other elements of the given arrangement.
